Vitamin A is the anti-age vitamin, necessary for the growth of new cells and for the good health of the tissues, obtained by stimulating the synthesis of collagen.

Vitamin C is very important both  for regulating the synthesis of collagen and for its antioxidant function. It also has a depigmenting action, useful to fight and prevent the formation of skin blotches.
